Basic Math Skills.
Good Verbal Communication.
Customer Service experience.
Ensuring no undue delay to service whilst making sure people still have time to be able to enjoy their visit .
Able to work as a Team.
Persistence.
High Energy.
Sell to Customer Needs- always getting that extra £1 out of each diner through using your personal recommendations and spotting an opportunity.
